3️⃣ Coat the balls:
Roll each ball in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. For extra crunch, repeat the egg + breadcrumb step twice.
4️⃣ Frying:
Heat oil to 170–180°C (medium-high heat). Fry the balls in batches until golden brown — about 3–4 minutes per batch.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
5️⃣ Serve:
Serve hot with lemon wedges and a dipping sauce — garlic mayo, chili sauce, or ranch work perfectly.
💡 Tips:
You can bake them instead: 200°C for 20 minutes until golden, flipping halfway.
Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
Substitute chicken with tuna or mashed vegetables for a vegetarian version.
